Refund Policy
- Due to the guaranteed nature of our services, refunds are not provided once a booking is confirmed.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of a trip.
Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification (passport, visa, permits if required).
- MyTravelNest is not liable for denial of entry, missed flights, or other travel-related issues caused by missing documents.
Changes by MyTravelNest
- We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, government regulations, or safety concerns.
- In such cases, we will offer an alternative trip or a refund (as per our policy).
Liability Disclaimer
- MyTravelNest acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport).
- We are not liable for injuries, accidents, delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties.
- Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance for their trip.
Health & Safety
- Travelers must ensure they are physically fit for the chosen trip.
- Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
